About Me.

    Award winning, published artist Lydia Pruett is a visionary, multimedia designer. A new up and comer looking to create striking visuals and designs, which causes pause and forms a connection with each viewer. Lydia was named a "Student To Watch" in 2026 by GDUSA. Bold and carefully curated designs are a staple of her signature style. In addition to her graphic work, she loves to explore and work with numerous mediums of art. Her personal favorite medium is painting, whether watercolor, acrylic or oil. Lydia often experiments with utilizing her traditional skills and bringing them into her digital design work, creating masterfully executed designs.

Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Communications
Kennesaw State University

Lydia took her first official art course at KSU, as she began her journey to receive a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Communications. While there, she was a teacher’s assistant in several art courses, as well as heavily involved around campus in various leadership and creative positions. She graduated from Kennesaw State University in Spring 2026 with highest honors.

As a student Assistant in the Design Team at the Office of Strategic Communications and Marketing at Kennesaw State University, Lydia has spent over a year gaining valuable hands-on project experience. She has gotten to work both solo and in a team capacity. In addition she has conducted research for the university on Accessibility in Design in accordance with current WCAG guidelines, aiding in the rebrand visual elements, and creating Canva templets for non-creative campus services to use when needed.

Summer 2025 - Current

Communications Intern,

Crosspoint City Church

While managing creative services for a multi-campus church, Lydia has had the opportunity to strengthen skills and work in a fast paced environment. High demand and high quality concepts are a daily occurrence. A highlight would be a massive campaign with screen, print, and event visuals were all excellently designed by Lydia.

2019 - Current

Graphic Design Freelance Artist

Starting with simple club shirts in high school, Lydia has grown over the years to now tackling massive campaigns and visual identities for various brands. Not only growing day by day in her professional experience, but she constantly is striving for perfection and client satisfaction in her projects.
