Challenges
Overall it was a very smooth process which resulted in an outstanding book design. The major challenge was to create a devotional that functioned as a journal as well, but would also be visually interesting despite the immense amount of text.
After designing a series of visuals, the organization now needed a book layout and design. An extensive 70+ page journal, checking off all the boxes the client had.
The book design follows the visual identity for Women’s Discipleship, previously designed by Lydia for Crosspoint City Church. The visuals focus on elegant and simple beauty elements.
